Paladon Systems has a dedicated team of site engineers who specialise in all site activities from installation of new equipment to modification and service of existing equipment, independent of who installed it.
Paladon provides all equipment, tools and test apparatus required to carry out installation, service or modification. Fully equipped mobile workshops are available to carry out any type of work in remote areas independent of site facilities. Portable flushing rigs are also available. Most types of spare parts and components are kept in stock at the various Paladon Systems facilities.

Paladon offers the customer the comfort of supervision and advice of our design and service engineers whilst using their own site personnel to carry out the installation or modification. Paladon’s own engineers and technicians undergo regular training to update them on all technology and product improvements. Our offshore certified technicians undergo offshore safety induction and emergency training to qualify for platform work.
Paladon offers a complete and comprehensive installation and commissioning service, arranging all installation equipment as required. Installation and commissioning by Paladon technicians will ensure a high quality, reliable and safe system from day one. This service includes retrofit of new equipment and modification to existing systems.
Paladon’s technicians are available to maintain and service actuators and control systems on site or to refurbish equipment returned to Paladon works in a timescale to meet the shutdown requirements. A Paladon Engineer can be mobilised to visit site within 48 hours of receipt of the request. Service and maintenance contracts can be implemented to ensure routine checks are made at agreed intervals to prevent operational problems with the installed equipment.
Paladon offers hydraulic flushing and certification of new and existing equipment to NAS 1638 standard. As hydraulic system cleanliness is paramount to the reliability of actuators and control systems it is essential that flushing be carried out following the installation and prior to commissioning. Regular checks of the hydraulic system will ensure continued reliability. Paladon has flushing rigs available for use in hazardous areas and with all commonly used hydraulic fluids including mineral oil, synthetic fluids and water glycol fluids.
